Turn Around Time:

7-14BD (business days) on all items on the website that are not stated as a preorder. I strive to have these out quicker! If for any reason that changes I will be in contact with you immediately. If an emergency arrives I will notify you immediately.

Refunds: All sales are final. If a refund is given it will be on a situational basis. I know things do happen and mistakes happen. I will either replace or refund in that event. All returns must be notified to me within 24 hours of receiving order.

Shipping: All orders will receive a USPS tracking number when ready to ship. All orders once sent to the post office are out of my control as far as delivery time. Lost or stolen packages are out of my control however I will replace or refund if USPS looses the package in transit.
